Welcome!

My name is Christopher Comer, and I am a worship leader, Bible study teacher, and seminary student. My passion is helping people know the Word of God and faithfully pass it on to the next generation.

Through Anointed for Christ, I seek to provide biblical teaching, seminary insights, printable Bible study resources, and worship materials that encourage believers to grow in their knowledge and love of God.

As a seminary student, I especially enjoy studying biblical Hebrew, discovering fresh insights from God's Word, and sharing what I learn in a way that is understandable and useful for everyday Christians.

What I Believe

My theology comes from God's Word, the Bible.
I worship the one true God—Yahweh, the Creator of heaven and earth, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I believe that Jesus Christ is Yahweh who became flesh for our salvation, and that the Holy Spirit is God, who continues His work throughout the earth.

My Purpose

One of the reasons I am pursuing seminary is to better prepare myself to teach God's Word faithfully to future generations who desire to know Yahweh more deeply.

My ministry seeks to teach the Scriptures faithfully while also leading people to worship God through songs of praise and music.



God has also blessed me with a wonderful wife and three beautiful daughters. My family is one of my greatest blessings and a constant reminder that the work of teaching God's Word begins at home. I thank God for their love, encouragement, and support as I pursue seminary and serve in ministry.

My mission for this ministry comes from Psalm 78:4–8:
"We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach their children, so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands."

These verses describe the purpose of this ministry: to help people know God's mighty works, trust Him, obey His Word, and pass their faith on to future generations.
